About the Project
StylusPlayer started with a simple goal: to make stylus input in Unreal Engine easier, more flexible, and more enjoyable to work with — not just for tools developers, but for anyone building creative, interactive, or training-focused experiences.

Unreal Engine lets you do a lot of things — but full-featured runtime stylus support has often been overlooked, especially outside the editor.  Stylus Player was created to help fill that gap with something lightweight, reliable, and developer-friendly.

This project is led by me — Michael Golembewski. I'm an interactive designer with a focus on designing and developing tools for creative expression. When I noticed how limited stylus input was in Unreal, especially at runtime, I saw a chance to help unlock new kinds of creative work.

The plugin is currently in closed alpha, with a public beta on the way. Long-term, I plan to release StylusPlayer as an open-source tool, so others can use it, contribute to it, and build on it freely.
Thanks for stopping by — and if you’re working on something cool with pen input, I’d love to hear about it.
